Iron Fist, Season 2
OVERALL: Holy Toledo Blades!! There had better be a season 3 and I don’t care who produces or shows it!!!!!!!
Look I know a lot of people didn’t like the first season of Iron Fist. For me it was ok. So when I began watching season 2 I was hopefully I would at least enjoy it.
I was so wrong. I LOVED IT!
Wow! First Finn Jones probably trained harder or longer or both because he looks more like a martial artist and moves more like one as well. Not perfect, but so much better. He seems more at ease in his own skin and his abilities. Everyone else upped their work as well and brought their A+ game. Everything is BETTER! The story is so much stronger and the characters are so much more interesting in their new found struggles. So. Much. Better. I now want to watch this again!!!

POINTS: It looks like the producers and writers decided to let this be an ensemble which means the other characters and actor took the weight of carrying the show. Well done!! Everyone stepped UP! Watch Colleen and Misty and Joy and Ward and Davos and Claire and Mary and Good Grief ALL OF THEM search for meaning/power/truth in their lives is wonderful. This isn’t a sappy story – this is drama with lots of action AND character driven action at that. Being able to see the thought process behind every character is a treat. Love it! Well done!!! Thank you M. Raven Metzner.
PITFALLS: None. Just WOW people!!! Well except for the super fast leg healing but ok. I can totally overlook that.
