OVERALL: Way to go Netflix! You have been doing this over and over again, making FUN, GOOD movies for all of us to enjoy. I did not expect to like this movie as much as I did and wow I DID!!  Action, adventure

POINTS: Just the thrill of how all the elements of the story work together. You have interesting characters mixed in with science fiction, horror, action/adventure, mystery, and a little war drama. What moves the story is the science fiction mystery and solving it. So cool. So fun. This movie kept me guessing. I liked it.

PITFALLS: None.

FEMALE CHARACTER(S): We have CIA operative Fran Madison (Emily Mortimer)

CULTURAL PITFALL(S): Lots of white people and men, but not a real pitfall.

HIGH POINT(S): I like movies where characters learn and apply what they have learned. I liked that this movie have action/adventure, horror, and mystery that was solved. Watching all these elements work together made this movie intriguing and very enjoyable.

BECHDEL TEST (Website): 2.5 of 3 because one of the women is a child and it isn’t a full conversation.
